Operating centormail with an external postage scale

Pay special attention to the information on how to safely operate the external
postage scale.
Using an external postage scale
• Switch on the centormail and the
external postage scale.
• Determine the postage value with the
external postage scale.
The postal data (postage value and
endorsement if applicable) are
automatically sent to the centormail and
set in the home menu.
• Check the other settings for the meter
imprint and – if necessary – edit them
accordingly (advert, text message ...).
• Meter the mail piece with centormail.
