Misalignment
Gaps / blanks
The basics of centormail operation
Check the print quality
Make sure that centormail always pro-
duces undistorted, well legible imprints.
USPS reserves the right to reject illegible
meter imprints.
• Check the print image. It must not
contain misalignments, blurs, or gaps.
Pay special attention to the two-
dimensional bar code.
This is a proper imprint.
If there are misalignments (offsets) in the
print image:
• Adjust the ink cartridges / print heads.
Please refer to Chapter 15.5 on
page 139.
If there are gaps or blurs in the print
image:
• Clean the print system. Please refer to
Chapter 15.6 on page 140.
