Clearing Paper Jams
Follow the instructions below when the "Paper Jam.. " message appears.

To clear a jam in the 20 Bin
Sorter/Stapler, hold the lock
release lever and slide the
sorter away from the copier.
• Open Misfeed Clearing
S
Guide Plate,
Turn the misfeed clearing
knob one rotation in the
direction of the arrow shown.
• Pull the copy from the
transport section.
• Close Misfeed Clearing
S
Guide Plate and slide the
sort/stapler back to the copi-
er.
