Adding Toner
Follow the instructions below when the "Add Toner" message appears.

Error Messages
As the toner supply gets low, the message
"Add Toner Soon" will appear. The copier will
still run but copies will become lighter. It is
recommended that the toner bottle be
replaced as soon as possible.
When the toner runs out, an error message
will appear. The copier will not run until toner
has been added.
To replace the toner bottle,
swing open the front door.
Swing the Toner Bottle Holder out
of the machine and pull out the
empty Toner Bottle.
Tap the new bottle a few
times. Turn the bottle over
and tap several more times.
