Clearing Paper Jams
Follow the instructions below when the "Paper Jam.. " message appears.

Error Messages
To clear a jam in the Duplex
Unit, open the middle left
and lower left door and pull
out the jammed paper from
the transport section.
Close both doors.
• Open the lower right door
and pull out the jammed
paper from the transport
section.
• Close the lower right door.
Slide out the Duplex Unit
and open the Misfeed
Removal Guide Plate.
• Pull out the misfed paper.
• Close the Misfed Removal
Guide Plate and slide the
Duplex Unit back into the
Copier
• Open and close the front
door to reset the message
on the display panel.
