the third parameter, the setting range is (50.00, 51.50), and the default value is
51.50.
When the grid standard is CEI 0-21, the setting range of trip frequency of
over-frequency derating is (50.00Hz，51.50Hz), and the default value is
50.30Hz. The range of over-frequency derating end frequency is (50.00Hz，
51.50Hz), and the default value is 51.50Hz.
