Troubleshooting and Maintenance
SOLUTION
Replace cable or Call Service Representative.
Enable software XON / XOFF.
Turn printer off then back on and send data again.
Reset settings for Baud rate in printer or
computer.
Turn printer off then back on and send data again.
Reset Parity rate in printer or computer.
Turn printer off, then turn printer on and send
again.
Replace parallel cable, maximum length 10 feet
(304.8 cm)
Call Service Representative.
