Use the following steps to change the position of the
record on the media.
• Press the Enter button to select this option.
• Press the + ( MORE ) or - ( LESS ) buttons to
increase / decrease the distance from the bottom.
Press the Enter button to select the desired

measurement.
• Press the Menu button several times to back out of
the Main Menu until the printer displays OFF
LINE.
• Press the On Line button, now the printer is ready
for use.
This sets the distance between lines of text. It is
measured as the number of lines per inch of text. Note:
Whenever changing the point size of the font, use the
automatic line spacing option. The printer will
automatically select the correct setting for the
increased or decreased font size of the characters being
printed.
Use the following steps to change the spacing between
line of text.
• Press the Enter button to select this option.
Press the + or - buttons to scroll through the line

spacing options:
A) AUTOMATIC
B) 3 LINES / INCH
C) 4 LINES / INCH
D) 6 LINES / INCH
E) 8 LINES / INCH
• Press the Enter button to select the desired option.
