If the jammed paper is not cut
(1)
Move the cutter to cut the paper.
(2)
Remove the cut piece of paper.
(3)
Rotate the roll paper backwards.
(4)
Then, reload the roll paper.

Close the roll unit cover.

Gently push the roll unit back into the machine all the way until
it stops.

Make sure that the machine is not operating, and pull up the
upper unit release lever to open the upper unit.
