Definition:
Operator Size determines the size of the area or "pixel neighborhood"
(measured in pixels) in which the morphological operation is being performed.

Small
Options:
3 = Small (3 pixels by 3 pixels)
5 = Medium (5 pixels by 5 pixels)
7 = Large (7 pixels by 7 pixels)
