IP-FAX TROUBLESHOOTING
Cannot receive by Alias Fax number.

1 LAN cable connected?
2 Firewall/NAT is installed?
3 Gatekeeper installed correctly?
4 Power to Gatekeeper switched on?
5 IP address/host name of Gatekeeper
correct on the sender's side?
6 DNS server registered when Gatekeeper
host name specified on sender's side?
7 Enable H.323 SW is set to on?
8 Local fax IP address registered?
9 Local fax Alias number registered?
10 Network bandwidth too narrow?
11 Remote fax cancelled transmission?
12 Local fax registered in Gatekeeper?

fax to send by using another method (Fax,
Internet Fax)
