Readjust anchor if clearance at ends of
secondary shoe varies more than .002-
inch. Loosen (ocfe nut one turn. Tap
anchor pin with soft hammer to force into
correct position. Then turn eccentric to
give .010-inch clearance at both ends of
shoe.
Hand brake must be fully re-
leased while adjusting foot
brakes
Dust Shield
Adjust primary shoe by turning notched
screw until a light drag is felt on the drum,
then turn back until drum is free of drag.
Brake lines for Series 50 and 60 shown. Adjustment
procedure for Series 65, 70, 75, 85 is identical,
although location of brake lines is somewhat different
