and two dynamic keys "0xffe032" and "0xAC" to signature entry

static KEY is the hexadecimal digits
with length to be 1-32 characters and
(0xff0000ffff00ff000000000000000000)
is the mask with 32 bits;
0x1111+0x222+0x33+1xbbbb: dynamic KEY
is the hexadecimal digits with length to
be 1-48 characters, such as 0x30456754,
0x6d6f7e5b and so on.
Description
It is the id of signature entry, ranging from
1 to 12287.
