Add annotations to keys.
— By default, keys display the number assigned by the BCM and cannot be changed.
— Keys can be annotated to show user-defined information, such as a particular name or
department.
Restore settings back to defaults.
To launch the Expansion Module
Click the Menu button.

Select View > Expansion Module.

The Expansion Module window appears.

Personal Call Recording

To use Personal Call Recording, a Avaya-certified third-party application must be installed. Use
the Personal Call Recording dialog box to:
Let the Avaya 2050 IP Softphone record calls.
Launch the Personal Call Recording application.
Display a warning message when call recording is enabled.
