To Export Communication Configurations
From the Startup window, click the Change Communications

Configuration button. There is an automatic delay of 6 seconds that allows
you to click the button before the program starts. In the Communications
Configuration window, press the Edit button.
From the File menu in the window, click Export.

In the Open window navigate to where you want to the Communications

Configuration File (*.cc), and then click Save. The communication
configuration is saved.
To Change the Communications Configuration Settings
From the Startup window, click the Change Communications

Right-click the connection you want to change, and then click Change. The

Change Connection window appears.
On the Null Modem Cable tab, you can change the following:

— the name of the connection
— the default COM port.
On the Modem tab, you can change the following

— the name of the connection
— the default COM port
— PBX Prefix for outbound calls
— Phone number
— Extension number
— Wait/Pause time
