IC7F1 failure.
Measure the voltage at CN-HT pin 1 on the CRT PWB (PWE-567C). Normally,
the G1 voltage's high level is OV.
Measure the voltage at IC7F1 pin 5 on the CRT PWB (PWE-
567C). The voltage is approx. 8.5V.
Measure the voltage at IC7F1 pin 2 on the CRT PWB
(PWE-567C). The voltage is 0V.
