Inside of steamer and circulator heater (behind fan
guard) stay hot for a long time. Be careful when
cleaning inside steamer compartment
4. Remove the slide racks, fan guard and steam generator cover.
Wash and nose separately or run them through dishwasher
according to health requirements.
5. Before draining, while water is still warm, use a very soft brush to
brush down the probes, generator walls and elements to remove
accumulated scale before it hardens.
6. Open the drain valve underneath the steamer by pulling the
handle toward the front of the steamer.
7. Remove any spilled food inside compartment and make sore the
dram screen is clear. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth. Do not
use soap, detergent or any cleaning agent inside the steamer.
