Repack the printer in the original Tektronix shipping box. Make
sure that you keep the printer level when moving.
Note
To keep your warranty valid, you must first remove the fuser,
toner cartridges, and imaging unit, then ship the printer in its
Tektronix shipping box with the appropriate packing materials.
Call Tektronix at 1-800-835-6100 or call your nearest Tektronix
dealer if you need a replacement box. Also, if you are returning
the printer for service, call Tektronix or your nearest Tektronix
dealer for a return authorization number.
