Please keep in mind that the wrong PIN sequence of the headset will bring a voice problem.
1) Opposite sequence of mic+ and mic‐
Very low volume in headset
2) Opposite sequence of spk+ and spk‐
No any problem
3) Opposite sequence of mic+/mic‐ and spk+/spk‐
Can not use any more
Trouble shooting
Phone can't register to the SIP server.
1) Check the IP address. If set LAN port in DHCP mode, please make sure that the DHCP
server on.
2) Check the gateway
3) Check DNS server
4) Make sure the account information is the same as from ISP
5) Check the SIP server is on
6) Check the SIP register port, defaults to 5060
Device can't obtain IP address
1) Make sure the Ethernet cable is plugged in the LAN port
2) Make sure the cable and connected switch port is OK
3) Make sure the DHCP server is on, and there are available IP addresses in the lease table
4) Try to set LAN port to static IP mode
Conversation with one way speech
1) Make a direct IP call to make sure there is no problem with the headset receiver and
microphone.
2) Enable STUN in SIP settings webpage
3) Set STUN server, as stun.xten.com
4) Click submit to restart the phone.
5) Make a call again.
