target DNS name—A filter used to display the Domain Name Service (DNS) name of a host that you suspect is
the target of events.
target IP—A filter used to monitor a specific IP address that you suspect is the target of attacks.
task service—The service that provides a central task repository that supports load-balanced distributed
assessment.
ticket—A work request created in response to a situation that requires further investigation.
ticket status—The total number of critical, high, medium, and low priority tickets by status.
trace log—The log for the Configuration and Response Module.

Universal Naming Convention (UNC)—A standard which originated from the UNIX operating system for
identifying servers, printers, and other resources in a network. A UNC path preceeds the name of the
computer with double slashes or backslashes. The path within the computer are separated with a single
slash or backslash, as follows:

in Windows and DOS,
ungrouped assets—Imported assets stored in the Ungrouped Assets group that need to be assigned to asset
groups.
