Configuring an HTTP Proxy

If your agent uses an HTTP proxy server to get to the XPU server, configure the proxy
server on the Proxy Server page of the Update Settings Policy.
To configure a proxy server:
1. From the SiteProtector Console, open the Update Settings Policy, and then select the
Proxy Server tab.
2. Select Enable Proxy.
3. Complete the following fields:

Address
Port
Enable Authentication
User ID/Password
Description
The address of the proxy server.
The port of the proxy server.
Forces the agent to authenticate to the proxy server.
Note: The User ID and Password are required.
If authentication is enabled, the User ID and Password the agent
uses to authenticate to the proxy server.
