A3S, A4S, B4S, B5S, A4L, B5L, A5S, 11"×17"S,

A reduced image of the first page of documents is printed.
The number of document pages is shown.
The number of document pages transmitted is shown.
The serial numbers for transmissions is shown.
Job numbers that the machine automatically assigned to
documents when the documents were received.
Information on recipient to which transmission is made is
recorded in the following order of priority.

In Batch Send, the start time of the transmission for each
document is recorded.
The communication length is indicated. In Batch Send, the
length of time taken for a transmission for each document is
recorded.
"-" is indicated when the number of pages is 0.
ITransmitting
The number printed on the left side of the slash "/" indicates
the number of pages that were successfully transmitted. The
number printed on the right side of the slash "/" indicates the
number of total pages. In Manual Send, the number of total
pages is not shown.
IReceiving/Polling
The number of pages that the machine successfully received
is shown.
