Locking the printer menu

The locked' menu option locks most of the printer menu. Only the following
'
menus are accessible in locked mode:
clean head
colour mode
Flush m.saver
display
# copies (if 'reprint' is on)
To limit access to the printer menu, you enter a password as described below:
To lock the printer menu
Press the 'down' arrow once to enter the menu.

Follow the flowchart path to get to 'enter password'.

Enter the password, by pressing successively the arrow keys below:

To unlock the menu
Enter the 'short menu' or 'full menu' passwords, as applicable. See the
procedures below to enter the appropriate password.
