Installing Additional Battery
To use the RAID Controller (N8103-116/117), you need to install optional battery (N8103-121) on
RAID Controller.
Installation
1.
See the section "Preparing for Installation and Removal" described earlier to prepare.
2.
Pull out the server from the rack.
3.
Remove the top cover.
4.
Secure the battery bracket provided with the server to the battery with the three screws
provided with the battery.
IMPORTANT: Do not use the battery bracket that comes with the
battery.
5.
Connect the battery cable that comes with the battery.
