The S-RING OPEN event is not supported in the MultiLink ML2400 Ethernet Switch.
To customize these capabilities, the ML2400 provides additional software capabilities and
commands for configuring the alarm relays.
The
command enters the alarm configuration mode
alarm
alarm
The
command enables alarm action in response to the specified event ID.
add
add event=<event-id|list|range|all>
The
command sets the duration of relay action for the momentary type signal.
period
This may be needed to adjust to the behavior of the circuit or relay. The time is in seconds,
with a default of 3.
period time=<1..10>
The
command disables alarm action in response to the specified event ID.
del
del event=<event-id|list|range|all>
The
command globally enables or disables the alarm action.
alarm
alarm <enable|disable>
The
command displays the current status of alarm system
show alarm
show alarm
