The Copy Function
Definition
'Paper'. This setting indicates that you send
the document directly into the job queue.
'Memory'. This setting indicates that you
have sent the document to memory.
'File'. This setting is optional. It is only
available if the Scan-to-file function is ac-
tive. The setting indicates that you can gen-
erate a digital file that is sent to the scan
server.
This setting indicates the destination of the
prints. The destination can be the output
trays, the upper output tray or the external
finisher (if configured).
This setting indicates that the prints are
sorted by set or by page.
This setting indicates that the prints are sta-
pled or not stapled. You can select 1 staple,
2 staples and no staples.
The staple setting is only available when
you select 'Output trays' as destination.
The position of 1 staple depends on
