Paper Selection Select the cassette or multi-purpose tray that contains
the required paper size.
Collate/Offset Offsets the output by page or set.
Staple/Punch Staples or punches printed documents.
Paper Output Specify the output tray.
Margin Add margins (white space). In addition, you can set the
margin width and the back page margin.
2-sided Print a document to 1-sided or 2-sided sheets.
Job Finish Notice Sends E-mail notice when a job is complete.
Priority Override Suspends the current job and gives a new job top
priority.
EcoPrint EcoPrint saves toner when printing.
Fold Folds the finished documents.
Text Stamp You can add a text stamp on the documents.
Bates Stamp You can add a bates stamp on the documents.
Encrypted PDF Enter the preassigned password to print the PDF data.

JPEG/TIFF Print Select the image size when printing JPEG or TIFF
files.
XPS Fit to Page Reduces or enlarges the image size to fit to the
selected paper size when printing XPS file.
Color Selection Select the color mode setting.
