Actual less than or "Actual is less than or equal to setpoint configuration" means that the DP/
equal to setpoint ASi link compares the actual configuration with the setpoint configuration. If

If no difference is detected between actual and setpoint configurations, the
DP/ASi link starts up normally.

the DP/ASi link reports a configuration error. Data exchange is initiated,
however.
