Shape No. 7 belt-loop rolling position correction in
terms of lateral direction of clamp
The poston at whch the fork s plunged nto the 2nd
bartackng of pattern shape No. 7 can be corrected n
lateral drecton of the clamp.
Shape No.7: Clamp position correction in lateral
direction for clamping and rolling belt-loop
For the shape No. 7, the lateral poston of the clamp
before the clamp clamps the belt-loop and rolls t wth
the fork s corrected.
Shape No. 7: Belt-loop loosening rod insertion
position correction
For the shape No. 7, the nserton poston of the belt-
loop loosenng rod s corrected. (The range n whch
the loosenng rod can move has lmts. Therefore, the
rod may not move to the set poston.)
Shape No. 7: Belt-loop rolling position correction
in longitudinal direction of the clamp
For shape No. 7, ths swtch s used to correct the
longtudnal poston of the belt loop clamp when
nsertng the fork at the second sewng poston.
Garment body feed: Travel amount to far side for
garment body tension reducing operation
In the case U507 "operaton to reduce garment body
pullng" s selected for shape Nos. 3, 4 and 5, ths s
the amount of travel of garment body feed to far sde
before the feed travels to the second sewng poston.
By ncreasng ths value, the amount that the belt loop
clamp pulls the belt loop whle the clamp travels can
be decreased.
(If ths value s excessvely ncreased, the belt loop can
come off when the belt loop clamp travels.)
Shape No. 7: 2nd sewing position correction in
lateral direction of clamp
For shape No. 7, ths swtch s used to correct the
lateral poston of the belt loop clamp at the second
sewng poston.
Carry out the correcton f the belt-loop poston
devates from the sewng poston.
+: Belt loop s moved to the rght wth respect to the
sewng poston.
-: Belt loop s moved to the left wth respect to the
sewng poston.
Shape Nos.3, 4 and 5: 2nd sewing position
correction in lateral direction of clamp
For shape Nos. 3, 4 and 5, ths swtch s used to
correct the lateral poston of the belt loop clamp at the
second sewng poston.
Carry out the correcton f the belt-loop poston
devates from the sewng poston.

sewng poston.
-: Belt loop s moved to the left wth respect to the
sewng poston.
