The work clamp foot of the sewng machne for ln-
ear bartackng s mounted as standard.
It s used when lner bartackng s used for sewng
varous knds of belt loops.
Be aware that, to carry out zgzag bartackng, the
currently nstalled work clamp foot and the feed
plate have to be replaced wth those for zgzag
bartackng, and zgzag bartackng has to be set on
the operaton panel.
In addton, when the work clamp foot for zgzag
bartackng s nstalled, auxlary clamp 3 has to
be re-postoned accordngly by loosenng two
screws 7 as shown in the figure at the left. (Re-

If you have changed the work clamp foot of the
sewng machne, set the machne settng N801
accordng to the work clamp foot actually beng
used.
