A lock was held by another switch for too long. The lock will be
automatically released.
Received a frame from another switch with an unknown Staged
Fabric Configuration (SFC) command. Ignoring command.
The switch ran out of buffer memory. The unlock mechanism will
retry when memory is freed up.
