To save operation procedures, script command in UNIX is used. By using this command, all the information output
to user terminal can be stored into specified file.
Use the command in accordance with the following procedures:
Execute script command. Format: script [file name where output data is stored].
#script test.log
Script started on Thu Nov 16 13:19:40 2000
Check that above message of "Script started on ..." is output, then execute iSMconf. To exit recording, execute exit
command as below:
#exit
script done on Thu Nov 16 13:19:57 2000
To display operation record, specify test.log by reference commands.
(Example)
#cat test.log
