Chapter 4 Setting Commands
+++ Disk Array Subsystem Selection +++
Disk Array Name

conf:selection> Disk Array Subsystem (1 | Q) =
- The disk arrays names and disk array serial numbers are displayed only on NEC Storage 1000/2000 among disk
arrays monitored by iSM. When the serial number is displayed as "???", an error may occur in communication
with the Disk Array. In this case, quit the program once and confirm that the communication with the Disk
Array is normal. Then execute processing again.
- Input the number of disk array to be set.
- If the number indicated in parentheses ( ) is not specified, message "Illegal Number!!" appears.
- If "Q" is selected, the program ends.
* If there is no unit connected to the server, "Q.Quit Program" only can be selected.
* When the selected disk array is already opened on another window, the system fails setup processing and
returns to the unit selection menu again.
(3) Stop the Program
To stop the program, select [Q.Quit Program] on the disk array selection menu or on the disk array configuration
setting menu.
