It is one function of iSM and a disk array configuration setting is NEC Storage series. It is used when
carrying out a configuration setup of a disk array at the time of initial installation and extension of the disk
array.
Disk array configuration setting is executed by four commands; iSMautobind, iSMconf, iSMview, and
iSMrepair
This software operates for the following disk arrays.
NEC Storage 1000 series
NEC Storage 2000 series
NEC Storage 3000 series
NEC Storage 4000 series
For the iSMview command, refer to the description part about iSMview in the "NEC Storage Manager
User's Manual" in accordance with your OS.

For operating environment of the disk array configuration setting program is the same as that of iSM, refer
to the description part about operating environment in the "NEC Storage Manager User's Manual" in
accordance with your OS.

This software is installed at the same time it installs the iSM Server. For installing and uninstalling of the
disk array configuration setting program, refer to the description part about server installation and
uninstallation in the "NEC Storage Manager User's Manual" in accordance with your OS.
