Description
The number of times that PBSY was returned to this port as a result of a Class 2 Frame that could
not be delivered to the other end of the link. This occurs if the destination N_port is temporarily
busy. PBSY can only occur on SOFc1 frames (the frames that establish a connection).

Description The number of times that FRJT was returned to this port as a result of a Class 2 Frame that was
rejected by the fabric.
