Zipper sewing (continued)
_ Wrong side (Bottom side) of fabric

Stop just before the zipper foot reaches the slider on the
zipper tape, about 2" (5.0 cm) from the top of the zipper.
Lower the needle slightly into the fabric, and then raise
the foot.
Open the zipper to move the slider (_ behind the zipper
foot.
Lower the foot, and stitch the remainder of the zipper,
making sure the fold is even.
_ Right side (Top side) of fabric
Close the zipper and spread the fabric flat with the right
side (Top side) of the fabric _ facing up.
Move the zipper foot to the left pin.
Guide the edge of the foot along the zipper teeth _, and
stitch through the garment and zipper opening.
Stop at about 2" (5.0cm) from the top of the zipper.
Lower the needle slightly into the fabric, and then raise
the foot. Open the zipper to move the slider behind the
zipper foot. Lower the foot, and stitch the remainder of
the seam, making sure the fold is even.
