Basic Operation

Opening the Main Menu

The following are procedures to open the main menu, which
is used for specifying various settings.

Press and hold the [REC/STOP] button for at
least 2 seconds
● Recording stops.
Memo :
● When in the recording control mode, press and hold the
[REC CONTROL] button for at least 2 seconds to switch
the recording control mode off and stop recording.
● For details on the recording mode, refer to [Recording
Modes] (A Page 46).

Press and hold the [FUNCTION] button, and
press the [REC CONTROL] button at the same
time
● The main menu appears.
● Select a menu with the [2/D] or [10/0/E] button and
press the [16/ENTER] button to open the selected
setting screen.
● The same operation can be done using the [SKIP]
button.

Select an item
● Select the required item using the [2/D] or [10/0/E]
button and specify the settings.
● Press the [16/ENTER] button to save the settings, and
press the [13/CANCEL] button to close the screen and
return to the main menu.
Memo :
● To exit the main menu, press the [13/CANCEL] button.
Note :
● In some occasions, the NVR Viewer may appear instead
when you try to display the main menu while the NVR
Viewer is running. In this case, press the [LIVE/BROWSE]
button on the front panel and perform the operation to
display the main menu again.
