Click Export.
Exporting support logs
If asked to do so by Customer Support, you can export support logs for a management group or
storage system.
1.
Select a management group or storage system in the navigation window and log in.
2.
Do one of the following depending on what you selected:
Click Management Group Tasks and select Export Management Group Support Bundle.
Click Storage System Tasks and select Export Storage System Support Bundle.
3.
Select where you want to save the zip file with the support logs.
You cannot change the name of the zip file.
4.
Click Save.
