CAUTION:
Stopping a manager can result in the loss of fault tolerance.
1.
In the navigation window, select a management group, and log in.
2.
Select the storage system for which you want to stop the manager.
3.
Click Storage System Tasks on the Details tab, and select Stop Manager.
A confirmation message opens.
4.
Click OK to confirm stopping the manager.

Editing a management group

Editing management group tasks include the following items:
Changing local bandwidth priority.
Editing Remote Bandwidth, done on the management group containing the remote snapshot. (See
the HP StorageWorks P4000 Remote Copy User Guide, in "Chapter 2, Using Remote Copy," the
section about setting the remote bandwidth.)
Specialized editing tasks include:
Disassociating management groups
Setting Group Mode to normal
After making any changes to the management group, be sure to save the configuration data of the
edited management group. See

Setting or changing the local bandwidth priority

After a management group has been created, edit the management group to change the local
bandwidth priority. This is the maximum rate per second that a manager devotes to non-application
processing, such as moving data. The default rate is 4 MB per second. You cannot set the range
below 0.25 MB/sec.
Local bandwidth priority settings
The bandwidth setting is in MB per second. Use
bandwidth.
