Support Key is used by a Technical Support representative
to log in to the storage system.
Information about NICs in the storage system, including:
• Card number
• Manufacturer description
• MAC address
• IP address
• Mask
• Gateway
• Mode
• Firmware version
• Driver name
• Driver version
Information about DNS, if a DNS server is being used,
providing the IP address of the DNS servers. IP address of
the DNS servers.
Information about RAM in the storage system, including
values for total memory and free memory in GB.
Details about the CPU, including model name or manufac-
turer of the CPU, clock speed of the CPU, and cache size.
Information about the CPU. CPU seconds shows the number
