Seat/Exhaust Muffler
Side Cover/Seat
Side Cover Removal
Remove the R.side cover. (Removing with a
lock key)
Loosen the screw with a "+" driver
Separate the side cover hook from grommet of
frame.
(When removing, remove the side cover with
pushing toward the down.)
Seat Removal
Remove 3 flange bolts (1 left, 1 right, 1 rear)
and remove the seat by pulling the seat toward
the back.)
Assembly
Assembly is done the reverse order of
disassembly.
Grab Rail
Removal
After removing the seat remove the rear
winker and tail light code.
Remove the left, right cap nut/bolts (each
4EA) of the grab rail. (After removing, push
the stay pinch bolt to the inside.)
Assembly
Assembly is done in the reverse order of
disassembly.
