Using the Flash File System

This chapter describes how to use the Flash file system on the Catalyst enterprise LAN switches. The
Flash file system provides a number of useful commands to help you manage system image and
configuration files.
The Catalyst 4000 family, 2948G, and 2980G switches have one Flash device: bootflash.
Note
