Step 1 Make sure that all ports on Switch A and Switch B have the same port configuration, including VLAN
membership, speed, and duplex.

Configure the ports on Switch A to negotiate a Fast EtherChannel bundle with the neighboring switch.
Step 3
This example assumes that the neighboring ports on Switch B are in EtherChannel auto mode. The
system logging messages provide information about the formation of the EtherChannel bundle.
