After you have determined what new document properties will meet the needs of your DMS system,
as described in
"Planning Custom Document Properties" on page
created lookup tables for your new document properties, as described in
Tables for Custom Document Properties" on page 360

To add new custom document properties:
1 In ConsoleOne on Windows, browse to and select the Post Office object that owns the library
for which you are creating custom document properties
2 Click Tools > GroupWise Utilities > Document Properties Maintenance.
3 Expand Libraries, then select the library for which you are creating custom document
properties
