Upgrading the Compaq Deskpro EN Series, Minitower Model
You can obtain the FailSafe Key by any one of the following
methods:
Contact your authorized Compaq reseller or service
provider.
Refer to the Compaq World Wide Web site
(www.compaq.com) for ordering information.
Call the appropriate number listed in the warranty.
To open the computer access panel:
1. Shut down the operating system properly, turn off the
computer, and disconnect the power cord from the
electrical outlet.
2. Using the Smart Cover FailSafe Key, remove the tamper-
proof screws securing the Smart Cover Lock to the chassis.
