Settimz the clock
Setting the language
You must set the date and time for timer recordings.
The on-screen menu can display any of five languages,
English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

SET, then press

Before starting
If the VCR and the TV are connected with only the aerial
cable, press TV/VCR to display "VCR in the display window.

Press POWER to turn on the VCR.
Check that the Output System indicator in the
display window lights as follow.
If
not,
press OUTPUT SYSTEM-NTSC.

LANGUAGE,
then press F.

Set DAY, YEAR, TIME (hours and minutes) and
DAYLIGHT
SAVING as in step 3.
The day of the week will automatically
appear when'
you set the year.
When the setting of DAYLIGHT SAVING is changed
from OFF to ON, the time advances by one hour.

Press OK to start the clock.
The normal screen returns.

A/V
to select the desired language.
Each time you move the cursor, the on-screen display
language changes.
