pressing [Coded Dial] followed by the desired
three-digit code.

NAME>, then press [OK].

entire entry, then press [OK].
If you erase the fax number, e-mail address, or file
server address, the registered name is cleared
automatically.

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the
standby mode.
Erasing Coded Dial Codes (Group
Addresses)
Follow the procedure below to delete all
destinations from a group.

want to delete, and then press [OK].

destinations are deleted, then press [OK].
When you delete all destinations, the registered
