Switching on the appliance
At fi rst switch-on, preheat the plates at maxi-
mum power for about 4 minutes, with no pans.
Connect the appliance to the mains power

Turn the knob (A) to 1 to switch on the heat-

Once the pre-heating is complete, turn the
