Image trigger threshold calculation
The image trigger threshold calculation is performed by the following internal process, taking
into account both cases of large and small flicker due to illumination.
(This is a schematic diagram and differs from the actual scale.)
Calculates the maximum and minimum values of the sum of luminance in a specified

area and the difference between them.
Maximum value (1000)
Minimum value (800)
Add 50% of the difference between the maximum and minimum to the maximum and

minimum values
Upper threshold (1100)
Maximum value (1000)
Minimum value (800)
Lower threshold (700)
Add 1% of the Luminance Sum Range to each threshold calculated in step 2.

If the maximum value that the luminance average can take is 4095, it will be about
+41 and -41.

About the luminance graph
The values are displayed within the range of possible
luminance averages (e.g., 0 to 4095).
The upper and lower black lines indicate the upper
and lower image trigger thresholds.
