Scanning RD Bar Codes

When the MK1200 scans and successfully decodes a single or multiple RD bar codes, the data encoded in the bar
code can:
• Reset the MK1200's connection profile. A connection profile is a set of Mobile Companion parameters that
the MK1200 uses to access the wireless network.
• Initiate downloads of one or more software packages from an FTP server to the MK1200.
NOTE Currently, RD only recognizes AirBeam version 2.16 software packages.
To scan an RD bar code:
Obtain the appropriate RD bar code(s) from the MSP administrator.

Launch the MK1200's scan engine by tapping
